ERUA constitutes an alliance of 5 universities located in Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Greece, and France. The Alliance’s work aims at reimagining research methods, pedagogical practices, university communities, and campus infrastructure within and beyond the 5 institutions comprising it. The RE:ERUA Project refers to the research aspect of the Alliance, comprising work packages on fostering interdisciplinarity and international cooperation, increasing societal engagement and bolstering open science practices, and achieving the upskilling of participating researchers, especially women and minorities. For the RE:ERUA Project, the Labour Geography Research Lab conducts an analysis of workforce skills across European regions, and produces viable policy recommendations.
