Brief Biography

Dr. Theodoros Iosifides is Professor of Social Science Methods at the University of the Aegean, Greece. He studied Sociology and Regional Development at Panteion University of Athens and holds a PhD in Human Geography from the University of Sussex, UK. He has written extensively journal papers, books and book chapters on migration and social science methodology, epistemology and qualitative methods. He participated in several international research projects and his areas of interests include migration studies, qualitative methods and social science epistemology/methodology.
